Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe, North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros, US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

UK Standard delivery takes up to 5 working days.
UK Express delivery takes 2/3 working days.
Internati onal Delivery is insured and needs to be signed for, this takes up to 21 days (usually only 10).

Please note that NONE of our delivery estimates are guaranteed, 99% of our deliveries arrive on time, we cannot refund for deliveries that are delayed. If you delivery is delayed by one day please contact us and we will chase it up for you.

Areas not classed as standard UK delivery areas and must not be checked out using uk, please check out using your respective areas, shipping charges vary, areas effected are as follows :-

Express delivery to these areas takes up to five working days.

All delivery times are estimates, we do not refund for late deliveries. We despatch our parcels next working day, if our courier company delays delivery we cannot be held responsible for this.

If there is any shortfall in your order you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

If you do not let us know within 14 working days that your parcel has not arrived we cannot and will not be able to refund you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, we normally deliver either by courier or within 3 - 5 working days. But some of our items come directly from the United States, so please allow 10 working days. At any time you can contact our customer care centre.

International orders are generally received in 14 -21 days. before contacting us either 

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders  

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

 For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

If you have a valid EU VAT number do not click the box, order as usual then email us your exemption number, this must be valid and is checked, once confirmed we can then deduct the VAT from your order.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
